The Sun stands at its lowest point in the sky, gifting us the shortest day and the longest night. This is the threshold of deep winter, a time of soft silence, stillness, and inward listening. Nature rests. The earth exhales. And we are gently invited to do the same. Also known as Yule, this ancient moment reminds us that even in the deepest darkness, the light is not gone, it is simply quietly rebirthing. From here, the days will slowly lengthen, and though the change is subtle, the return has already begun. ✨ How this time may affect us: You may feel called to slow down, withdraw, and reflect. The leaves fall, the earth grows quiet, and we too are called to turn inward, to rest, reflect, and prepare for transformation and enter the cauldron of rebirth. 🌙 This ancient festival, rooted in Pagan and Celtic tradition, later became known as All Hallows’ Eve, the origin of modern Halloween.
