1.2 Appointment Data ('Customer data') We may process the personal data that you have provided to us when you book an appointment so that we can provide a record and facilitate the right therapist for your treatment. The ('customer data') may include your name and email address, telephone number and address. The data may be processed for the purposes of operating our website, providing our services, ensuring the security of our website and services, maintaining backups for our databases and communication with you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest. Where you have provided your consent for us to do so, we may consider you for new treatment opportunities that you did not specifically request for but which we think might be a good alternative complement to the treatment you might have had. Where you have given us consent to process your information by our website for the purposes detailed above, we will enter the candidate date into our central database ('customer database list').

1.3 Profile Data We may process other information that you provide to us ('profile data'). This profile data may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, profile pictures, gender. The profile data may be processed for the purposes of enabling and monitoring your use of our website and services.

We may also process your profile data in relation to retail products requested, other related services, generally to facilitate order processing furthering our relationship with you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate business interest.

Where you have provided your consent for us to do so, e may consider you for new treatments opportunities that you did not specifically request for but which we think might be a good alternative/complement to the treatment you might have had.

1.4 Contact Data We may collect your details over the phone or by referrals such as friends or family or our website, this information may include your name, email address or telephone number ('contact data'). We may do this where we have been told to contact you for one of our treatments or products. We may use the contact data to contact you to ask whether you would like us to provide you with our products or treatments. Our use of the contact data in these circumstances is limited to making contact with you to determine whether you are interested in receiving our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest as a business to maintain a viable customer pool.
